Farm Fun Package - $150.00

Includes:

  • Reserved space for 2 hours in the pavilion
  • Covered tables
  • 1 cheese sheet pizza /30 pieces

  • Large bag of Farmer Doug’s famous Kettle Korn
  • No charge for adults to attend the party and play in the Back 40 Adventure
  • Package price is for 10 children(children ages 2 and up)  additional children are $4 each. If your head count is under 10 please contact us for options- a party package may not be for you.

Rocking Farm Fun Package: $199.00

Includes same party features as above with the following added items:

  • 1-5 oz bag of gemstones per guest
  • 2 bags of Farmer Doug's famous Kettle Korn
  • Package price is for 10 children(children ages 2 and up)  additional children are $9 each. If your head count is under 10 please contact us for options- a party package may not be for you. 

Additional Add-Ons:

  • Ice Cream Cake- 7”, 9” and 9”x13” available- we can provide you with a quote
  • Ice Cream Options (sundaes, jr.cones, ice cream sandwiches etc…)- range from $1.50-$5.00

September & October

Option 1: Fall Farm Fun Package - $199

Includes:

  • Invite up to 10 guests (guests include adults and children over 2- Each person must have a wristband to enter the admission areas)
  • Additional guests: $13.95 each
  • Barnbuster admission to the Amazing Maize Maze, Back 40, Wagon rides and Cow Train rides!
  • Guests can stay and play as long as they like!
  • Private party area for the first hour of your party
  • Staff member who will help you get set up when you arrive
  • Pizza and beverages for each person - Food will be served 15 minutes after your scheduled party start time.
  • Large bag of Kettle Korn
  • Napkins, paper plates for pizza and cups.

Option 2: Farm Fun Adventure $299 up to 20 guests 

  • Invite up to 20 guests (guests include adults and children over 2- Each person must have a wristband to enter the admission areas)
  • Additional guests: $13.95 each
  • Barnbuster admission to the Amazing Maize Maze, Back 40, Wagon rides and Cow Train rides!
  • Guests can stay and play as long as they like!
  • Private party area for the first hour of your party

Frequently Asked Questions about Birthday Parties

How do I schedule a Long Acre Farms birthday party?

It’s easy! Just give us a call at 315-986-4202 or fill out an online reservation request form and we’ll get back to you.

Is a deposit required?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due on the day of your party.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and Checks

How many guests can I invite?

Please check the package description for how many children and adults are included. You can invite as many people as you would like, but there may be an additional fee on top of the package cost.

Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?

For our Spring and Summer Farm Fun parties, there is no additional charge for parents or care-givers to stay for the duration of the party. Siblings and additional party guests are $4 each. In the Fall, guests are welcome in the reserved party area, but anyone over the age of 2 must have a wristband in order to enter the admission areas (Maze, Back 40).

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

Please try not to arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party time as there will likely be another group in the party area. We ask that party hosts and guests arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. This allows time for everyone to check in and gather, but it’s best to have as little waiting time as possible for the kids.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay or they may drop off their child and return at the party end time.

Will Long Acre Farms provide supervision in the play area(s)?

Our staff is available at all times; we are here to insure the safety of all guests on the Farm, but parents are always ultimately responsible for their children.

Why are Fall parties different than the rest of the year?

After Labor Day Pumpkin Harvest Festival Weekends begin and that means many more attractions are open for your enjoyment. The wristbands gives you entry into the Maze and Back 40 plus unlimited Hayrides and Cow Train rides!

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

You’re welcome to use your own decorations and paper products in the party room, but we do not allow any stapling, confetti, silly string, noise makers, piñatas, or pets in the party area.

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

We will set up the party area and clean up afterwards. We want you to just enjoy your child’s special day!

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

You may bring cake, cupcakes or goodie bags to your party. There are add-on options for ice cream cake, pizza, and drinks. If you would like to order a custom Ice Cream Cake please give us 48 hours advance notice. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted on the Farm.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles (please note- sparkler candles are not allowed), and a lighter. You may also find bags or boxes to carry your gifts helpful. Please be mindful that this is a farm; remind guests to wear comfortable shoes, and sunscreen.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Although we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, we ask that you book your party at least 2 weeks in advance.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?

To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. We will do our best to find you another date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

Can I plan a party on my own?

You are welcome to come and grab an available space to host your own party then purchase wristbands or gemstone panning bags as needed! Please remember that we only allow cake or cupcakes brought onto the farm, as we are not a park.
