The Farm Market is open seasonally from about May 1st through November 1st. We feature local in-season produce starting with strawberries in the spring and ending with winter squash and apples in the fall.
All of our fudge selections are made right here at the farm and we can always give our guest a free taste each time they visit. With over 12 different flavors there is bound to be a flavor to make the whole group happy. We would be happy to talk to you about fundraising opportunities for your groups as well. Be sure to visit us in the fall for the popular Pumpkin Fudge that only appears in September and October.
Another farm favorite that is great to snack on and is popped here right on the farm. It is a great treat that will be sure to make you come back again and again and again. Did you know that you can freeze kettle korn to snack on at a later date?
Grandma Bunny bakes the pies, cookies and pull-a-part bread that all have become local favorites. Showing up in the market in the summer and fall they are sure to make a tasty dessert treat. We are always happy to take orders – give us a call and if it is something we can bake for you we would be happy to have it ready and waiting for pick up.
Wayne County Fruit Salsas can be purchased here. Apple & Peach, Corn and Black Bean (and more) are unique to Wayne County and they make a great gift and tasty enough that you will want to stock up so you can eat them year round. Ask for a taste when you visit.
Other food items such as honey, oils and vinegars, jams and jellies and River Rat cheeses are offered in the market as well. Products will vary with the seasons so be sure to visit us often to see what is new. Another local unique snack are our Toasted Corn and Caramel Nugget treats. Once you try one you will be back for more!
We try to source unique one-of-a-kind gifts so if you are looking for something a bit different stop here first. We have wonderful hand woven baskets, homemade soaps and even toys for the kids.
In the fall we feature Cider Donuts! Stop in and watch our donut machine making donuts every Saturday and Sunday in September and October. It is hard to eat just one so make sure you buy a dozen or two to take home. Paired with fresh apple cider you can’t go wrong!
