We have many activities on the farm that are free of charge in the area directly behind the Farm Market and Ice Cream Shop. The Amish made pirate shop and train provide a great setting for children to use their imagination and a great way for them to burn some extra energy climbing and sliding. The friendly goats are always looking for attention and look forward to greeting all of our visitors. There are also tires to climb on, logic mazes to solve and a wide assortment of chairs to relax on while enjoying an ice cream treat.
There is a running sluice on the farm where guests of all ages can pan for gems and fossils. There are 3 size bags to purchases and all of the goodies that you find you get to keep. The small gemstone bag is $5 and contains 5 ounces of gemstones, the fossil bag is $7 and contains at least 15 fossils and the large gemstone bag is $10 and contains 10 ounces of gemstones plus arrowhead, crystal point, rubies and emeralds. This is a fun activity for all ages.
This admission area has over 10 activities for groups of all ages. From the Jumping Pillow to the Spider Web to the Tire Mountain and more you can stay busy for hours. Admission is $5 for children and $2 for adults from May through Labor Day.
